The project site inZhengzhou is really a place of good luck for JUSTECH. Everyone was surprisedand deeply move in this simple event, and impressed by self-discipline andconscientiousness of colleagues in Zhengzhou.

The awarding ceremonykicked off around 19:00 on that day. Early at 18:00, we saw a group of peoplein our familiar uniform in earth tone heading to the hotel. As expected, theywere our lovely colleagues in Zhengzhou. Wearing JUSTECH uniform and a smilingface full of joy and expectation, they gave a warm greeting to our colleaguesat the sign-in desk. To maintain good order, they lined up to sign in and a fewguys even served as ushers to lead participants to the venue at the corner, which reflected the strong team spirit of our colleagues at the project site inZhengzhou.

The venue was filledwith participants soon, and the Consistent Service Awarding Ceremony kicked offat 19:00. We expressed our gratitude and recognition to employees that hadworked at JUSTECH for one to three years in a VCR, and those worked for thecompany for 3 to 8 years were invited to the stage to present award winnerswith awards.Among award winners, Liu Chao, Manager of the Technical Support Department, andCheng Jinxu, Director of the Technical Support Department, have worked for ourproject in Zhengzhou for 5 years, making great contributions to smoothoperation of and on-site team management of our project. Also worth mentioningwere customized games during the event. The first game was You Play, I Guessthat was participated by the Harvest Team from the SoftwareR&DDept., the Sunshine Team from the Technical Support Dept. and the ManufacturingTeam from the Manufacturing Dept. During the game, participants tried theirbest to show what they saw, even with funny performance, and worked with eachother. The game was just like a competition in which every participant triedtheir best to win. When time was up, the three teams drew. Finally, theorganization team thought when competitor drew, the luckiest one would be thewinner. So the winner was selected through three rounds of Rock–paper–scissors, and the lucky dog, the Harvest Team, clinched the title. The next game wasQ&A, participants were so excited and competed to answer questions read outby the emcee, and some participants even gave the answer once a question wasread out.
